All manuscripts undergo blind peer review. Decisions will be made as rapidly as possible, and the journal strives to return reviewers’ comments to authors as soon as possible. The Editorial Board will re-review manuscripts that are accepted pending revision. Authors whose contributions need revision will be sent reports of the needed modifications and are given enough time to respond to them. The Journal has no tolerance for plagiarism and the journal uses plagiarism detectors. When plagiarism is detected and confirmed, the article is immediately rejected and other procedures may be taken against the concerned author(s).

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. In the context of the open-access publishing policies, authors are expected to send the publication fees after whence the article is accepted by the Editorial Board. This fee is to cover the expenses of the various editorial and reviewing procedures of the received submissions.
